  Brandon got a call from us on a late afternoon. He was able to come out the next morning, and had our problem fixed before noon. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and didn't spend our time trying to sell us additional or replacement equipment. I highly recommend his services, and when we need consulting on a network simplification design later in the year, he will be the person we call.
